Some of our shrubs have gone a bit woody and after extensive trimming and tiding I think they will have to be dug up. I was thinking of a small tree or a taller shrub next to a 7foot retaining wall, its a sunny sheltered spot.

Grass has been cut for the first time in over two months. I haven't succumbed yet because I remain capable of writing a shopping list and adding things to it, turning lights on and off, selecting a TV channel, playing the music I want to hear, blah blah blah. I was reading an article in the press about the meteoric rise of these things (and how it all went wrong on Christmas Day as Mr Bezos' empire failed to obey the demands of all the new spies being switched on) and an interesting point was raised.

We are building a generation who will be used to barking orders at a machine that reacts without a please or a thank you. How long before orders are being barked at each other without the common courtesies? This led me to think about why common courtesies have not been built into electronic wizardry, surely it isn't that hard to ensure an Alexa or similar won't respond until please is uttered, and for it to make an irritating noise that cannot be shut off until thank you is heard.

People are leading increasingly self-contained and self-centred lives, the gadgetry, which was designed to unite us, separates us. I have seen on more than one occasion a family out for a meal, all on their phones and only talking to someone else (the waiter) to order their food. How long will it be before one of them barks 'Alexa! Get me a tiramisu!' because they have forgotten they are not at home? 自从我大约15岁起，我就有关节疼痛和痛苦，但总是陷入困境，感觉像是软骨病。似乎每个冬天，另一个关节开始真正疼痛。过去一直是我的膝盖，但去年是我的右脚（整个外部都对触摸非常敏感，感觉有点像瘀伤）。今年是我的手...我的左手特别难以握紧拳头。我左手手指上的一个指关节在数周内一直非常痛苦，但最近缓解了。我的臀部和ac骨上都有MRI的，但他们什么都没有显示。我的手和脚上都有超声波检查。奇怪的是，我的左手没有炎症，右手有2级滑膜炎，尽管我通常会感到疼痛吗？除了我的RF在20个其他血液时的略微升高，除了维生素D有点低。超声检查还显示了足底筋膜炎。 When I wake up in the morning I hobble around like I am 81 not 31 and get terrible pain in my feet. I also have very mild psoriasis in my scalp.

Finally getting a rheumatologist to diagnose PsA even when scans are either not showing anything or what they are showing is mild has been very overwhelming and I almost had a little panic attack thinking maybe I am imagining all these symptoms over the years...surely I can't actually have arthritis!! Has anyone else been diagnosed with PsA despite negative tests?? I send my congratulations to all involved in the planning, executing and launching of the campaign, these are not easy times and arthritis is not an easy disease to explain or understand but at least a beginning has been made. DD
