Worried about my hands

Hi there I am new to this group. I have osteoarthritis in my hands and in one foot. I am worried that soon I won't be able to grip things with my hands. On my left hand I can't bend two fingers and now my right hand is affected.

I can see from your post that you have Osteoarthritis in your hands and feet and that you are particularly worried about the hand arthritis getting worse.

The site is full of information and conversations, I wanted to point you towards an introduction to OA of the hands and then a more targeted help sheet on managing hand pain, which will hopefully give you some pointers to try ease the pain.
