Yvonne was first diagnosed with arthritis at age 11. Now 64 years old and diagnosed with widespreadosteoarthritis,Raynaud’sandSjogren’s syndromeandfibromyalgiashe has learnt a lot about living life with arthritis.

Yvonne joins us on the podcast to share her diagnosis story, as well as her tips on speaking to doctors, relationships at home and more.

“At school I actually wasn't really allowed to do PE and stuff because my knees were just quite bad. Everyone used to always go like, 'oh, you're so lucky you don't have to run around the pitch'.
