踝关节置换的观点

\nYES it really is a year ago today that I went into hospital for ankle replacement surgery.Since then it has transformed my life,yes it gives me the occasional niggle and lets me know if I everdo things.

\nBefore the operation I was in constant pain and could walk just a matter of yards before I had to stop and take the weight off it......... $\":cry:\"$ <\/img>Now am doing 2-3 mile walks regularly and always 'popping' down the town with no artificial aids!I count my blessings and don't take it for granted.

\nIf anyone out there is hesitant about ankle replacement (or fusion) I know the prospect may seem daunting but it was not nearly so bad as I had feared and the support from the forum members was tremendous.Do give it serious consideration.

\nAs a thank you to the new joint I have decided to take it to the pub for lunch and a pint (we have become inseparable!).

嗨我感兴趣你的踝关节融合手术,我等待右脚踝融合,不知道会发生什么我有严重创伤后踝骨关节炎在我的右脚踝受伤,20年去固定和螺纹,但多年来,穿的软骨磨损但是并没有多少灵活性联合左,我走路一瘸一拐,我现在在一个点手术是唯一的选择,我现在等待踝关节融合手术自2019年11月以来我知道英国国民健康保险制度的需求时间,手术是移动慢得多,但我接受年度类固醇注射,直到2019年11月我现在在一个阶段,我的痛苦是难以忍受的最天几乎不能行走,但我努力让自己保持身材,每天吃好,锻炼我有重量和还我自行车上设置一个涡轮教练在我的公寓的地下室所以我尝试每天锻炼其推动但我设法保持活跃并将不胜感激任何反馈关于踝关节融合的我不清楚会发生什么我真的希望或期待手术后疼痛自由所以我可以回去工作,做我喜欢做的事情,尝试过正常生活我没有太多运动在我的脚踝所以我知道不会改变,但是此刻我限制在大多数日子里或多或少地待在家里
